Who We Are

NILA Destinations was established in 2001 as the original Destination and Event Management Company in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Since then we have planned hundreds of corporate incentive programs and events, ranging from 20 guests to over 200. We offer comprehensive DMC services including transport, activities, themed events, dine-arounds and off site events. Our team of professionals create and execute programs that are innovative and unique to the islands. Our services include personalized, high quality service and perfect coordination.







Luise Bayley- Owner/Coordinator:

Luise had a successful career operating restaurants in Toronto before finding her true passion in event planning in 2006. After falling in love with Provo on her first visit, Luise secured a job with NILA and coordinated many successful incentive programs and events before purchasing the company in 2012.




Lynne Watts- Program Coordinator/Event Planner:

Lynne worked in event planning in London, England before moving to Provo in 2006 as a SCUBA instructor. Her extensive knowledge of the islands is passed along to clients ensuring successful programs perfectly suited to each groups specific needs.
